WordPress Market Research
While reading The Lantern today I came across an article that referenced “WordPress.com, a leading global market research firm.” When did WordPress move from a few guys making a cool blogging platform to a global market research firm?
According to WordPress.com, a leading global market research company, reported that in 2006, “legal digital music downloading was the fastest growing digital music category.”
More likely? The person writing searched Google, found a blog entry from a WordPress.com user, and decided to use that as their source. I had already determined The Lantern was a pretty bad newspaper, but now I get to question all their facts, too!
